Imitating the training of the 'champion' bodybuilder is one of the most costly frauds in the exercise world because the 'instruction' from elite bodybuilders has no practical relevance for average people like you and me who are without gifted genetic potential are drug-free.

The traditional 5-7 day splits, 5 exercises per muscle, 24 set chest routine is training suicide for the average trainee not spending a couple thousand dollars a week on special 'vitamins'.

Not only are these magazines useless but they will cause injuries, over-training, and illness. The books and magazines will not tell you that the drugs and genetics were responsible for curing their problem of being a hard gainer. Supplements, 'better training', and more dedication are their 'secrets' so you are told.

Workouts Published In Bodybuilding 
Magazines Can Kill Adult Gorillas...

It's almost true – not only will you not build muscle but you will create muscular losses – fast. Not only will you lose muscle but you will become weaker as well. Can you honestly say that your strength has increased incrementally over the years? Very few can.

Almost every single one of the training schedules in muscle magazines has been outright hogwash. The author urges you to train as hard as possible and then provides a program that makes hard training literally impossible.

The author fails to discuss two of the most critical components in exercise – one is good and one is bad:

"Intensity of effort", is good - anything that greatly increases the intensity of exercise will greatly improve it.

"Amount of exercise" is bad – it is the amount of exercise that exhausts your recovery ability and makes growth impossible, or even creates a loss in your hard earned muscle size and strength.

The Supplement Companies Are 
Laughing All The Way To The Bank...

Can you imagine a table of CEO's and executives sitting around a table laughing about getting away with their latest con? Pulling their products off the shelf when they tricked consumers into believing that their product did not meet certain code so they offered their customers a refund.

This tactic is used to make the CEO appear like a 'saint' and to appear 'honest' - but the joke was on everyone else – when the truth was revealed that there was nothing wrong with the product!

Supplement companies have one job – to 'prove' their product is better than the other guys. Their weapon of war is advertising. Ask yourself, did the last product you were sold deliver what it promised? If it did you would probably not be reading this right now!

Did you know that every single fitness magazine company is owned and operated by a supplement company whose major income does not come from magazine subscriptions or newsstand sales, but from the pills and powders they pump out from your dollar?!

And here is the kicker, it is so despicable, that that supplement companies actually give out false training information on purpose!

Hard to swallow, I know. The majority of the bodybuilding information written by the so-called "experts" is complete and total nonsense designed to make you fail, so that you'll continue to rely on their products for results.

The list goes on...these poor bodybuilder spokespeople probably can't even sleep at night because they feel so guilty promoting crappy products they don't even use themselves because they would rather eat real food!

  
"Almost ALL Information In Bodybuilding
 Magazines Is Complete Crap..."

What if I told you that you have been sabotaging your own results by copying the advice of others and reading rehashed bodybuilding magazines? Would you believe me if I said that over 90% of the muscle building information found on the Internet and in 'muscle' magazines is complete B.S. and will take you farther away from your goals instead of closer?

Conventional training routines, like the one you are using now or the one your about to use, will kill your muscle and strength gains dead in the water.

This is because:

1. The stimulus is not heavy enough. Think about it - conventional bodybuilding programs force high volume workouts with multiple sets and multiple exercises which leads to moderate weights with 60-80% of your 1 Rep Max.

I can tell you right now that your muscles are laughing at you because they have adapted to this stimulus. Training with submaximal loads is certainly not going to lead to extra inches on your frame.

2. The stress is applied too frequently. Think about it - conventional training programs force you to train almost 6 x a week. This is good if you are training for endurance or if you are trying to lose weight but NOT if you are a skinny hard gainer and trying to gain weight and add inches to your frame!

Your muscles grow on calories so you can not afford to be burning up your hard earned calories on never-ending workouts that will make your muscles flat and soft.

3. Time between workouts is insufficient. Are you going to lift heavier if your muscles are still damaged and not fully recovered? Of course not.

Just because your chest muscles are recovered from yesteredays workout, does not mean that your hormonal, immune and nervous systems are fully recovered...

...if your body is not FULLY recovered when you return to the gym...how do you expect to overload your muscles again for more muslce growth?

4. Long marathon training sessions. Why deplete your energy reserves that could have been utilized by your body to rebuild and recuperate quicker so you could return to the gym and stimulate your muscles again?

Training too long is perfect for killing your testosterone levels to the point where your 'equipment' will be limp, even in the Playboy mansion! Testosterone is the number one hormone required to surpass your genetic potential and gain muscle.

5. Useless over used bodybuilder techniques. I know this one is hard to swallow but strip-sets, pre-exhaust sets, pyramid sets, forced reps etc are absolutely useless if you are a hardgainer (just to list a few).

Most of these techiques are designed around the hyped up principle of 'break down the the muscle.' Yes, these techniques lead to the holy pump (another techinque that will lead you astray) but the pump is a result of muscular fatigue, not muscular overload.

Any set that does not allow you to use the maximal weight possible and greatest amount of muscle fibers is a waste!

Once a muscle is overloaded, then it is overloaded.
 

"Most Magazines & Websites Just 
Regurgitate The Exact Same Crap ..."

If what was found on the Internet or Magazines worked, you would see thousands of impressive, muscular and lean bodies everwhere. I don't know about you, but where I live and have traveled, I hardly see anyone that makes me look twice...
